Hi! I'm Ryaan, and I built this calculator to simplify the process of calculating the weight to load for your next work set, based on the results of your previous set. It's designed to be used during your workout with as little fiddling as possible.
This app uses the RPE table published by Mike Tuchscherer, Founder of Reactive Training Systems.
